a major public forum on the hardest internal questions Ukraine will face after war.
We are bringing together serving soldiers, diplomats, veterans, lawyers, scholars, and public voices from Ukraine and beyond to speak frankly about the social, moral, and political wreckage that prolonged total war invariably leaves behind — because how we confronts it will determine whether the country succeeds or fails in the years ahead.

Applications are now open for our Ukrainian Civic Courage Fellowships
For Ukrainian citizens living in Ukraine: apply by 10 June
We invite writers, scholars, journalists, artists, and otherwise creators to spend up to one month in Odessa this summer, joining others committed to intellectual courage and frank speech in difficult times. The fellowship includes travel within Ukraine, accommodation in Odessa, and a €500 stipend. Applications are accepted in any language spoken in Ukraine.
