Ukrainian Cosmopolis is a non-partisan cultural collective based in Ukraine’s plural, humanist port of Odessa. Believing that culture must unite — not wage wars — we promote intellectual and artistic dialogue among Ukrainians, and between Ukraine and the wider world.
As the only group in wartime Ukraine openly defending tolerance and freedom of thought, we are building civic immunity to extremism through culture. We oppose all forms of censorship and radicalism, in the conviction that cultural diversity and political pluralism are the backbone of Ukraine’s wartime resilience, civic unity, and European future.
