We are hosting the first major international public discussion of Ukraine’s post-war social settlement: the internal social, moral, and political problems, whose resolution will shape Ukraine’s future as much as the military outcome of the war.

For Ukrainian citizens living in Ukraine: apply by 10 June
We invite writers, scholars, journalists, artists, and otherwise creators to spend up to one month in Odessa this summer, joining others committed to intellectual courage and frank speech in difficult times. The fellowship includes travel within Ukraine, accommodation in Odessa, and a €500 stipend. Applications are accepted in any language spoken in Ukraine.
